We seek an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead project execution from coordination through completion, prioritizing quality, safety, and profitability. Join a collaborative team where your leadership, problem solving, and client communication help drive on-time delivery and strong regulatory compliance across Los Angeles and Orange County.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (field and/or office experience welcomed).
• Hospital environment experience and regulatory familiarity desirable (OSHPD/HCAI preferred).
• Experience managing commercial/industrial electrical projects.
• Ability to lead and mentor field teams while communicating effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee multiple small to medium projects, or one large project, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Supervise and support field staff and Foremen in daily project administration.
• Maintain strong relationships with General Contractor Superintendents and office teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project progress through regular reports and maintain all required documentation and logs.
• Coordinate effectively with site coordinators, clients, and subcontractors.
