Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within Electrical Commercial Construction.
• Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
• Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within core markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to project team to complete projects on time.
• Manage all project team members effectively.
• Ensure accountability for project completion and financials.
• Act as key point of contact with owner and architect.
• Challenge and support jobsite teams.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
