• Track engineering deliverables and identify potential technical or schedule risks.
• Support field engineering activities and provide technical solutions to construction issues.
• Review RFIs, technical queries, change requests, and engineering clarifications.
• Coordinate interfaces between electrical systems and other project disciplines.
• Participate in inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Support electrical testing and verification of installed systems and equipment.
• Review test reports, commissioning documentation, punch lists, and turnover packages.
• Ensure electrical work complies with NEC requirements, project specifications, engineering standards, and local codes.

Position Overview

EOSOL is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support a major project in South Carolina.

The Electrical Project Engineer will provide technical and project engineering support throughout the execution of the project, working closely with construction, engineering, contractors, vendors, and project management teams to ensure electrical systems are designed, installed, tested, and delivered in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards.

The position will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from engineering and procurement coordination through construction, commissioning, testing, and final turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for electrical engineering and construction activities throughout the project.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment documentation, and technical submittals.
