Imperium Global, a premier data center electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Data Center Electrical Project Director to lead hyperscale developments across Ohio. The role focuses on owning high-value, mission-critical electrical programs with a large, skilled workforce and extensive resources.

You will oversee project managers and field teams, ensure safety and quality milestones, and drive profitable performance across complex projects for hyperscalers and developers.

Due to continued growth a $1B+, Top ENR national electrical contractor seeking an experienced Data Center Electrical Project Director to lead major hyperscale developments across Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, budgets and profitability.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement and resource allocation.
• Manage relationships with hyperscale clients, developers and General Contractors.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience leading electrical construction projects within the data center or mission-critical sector.
• Previous experience at Project Director, Senior Project Manager or equivalent leadership level..
• Strong commercial understanding, including P&L ownership, forecasting and project controls.
• Experience leading and developing large project management and field teams.
• Strong relationships with hyperscalers, developers and major General Contractors advantageous.
• Ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
