Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Operator - Electrical Production Technician in West Branch, IA. You will assemble and install electrical components within wind turbine systems, route wiring, perform system tests, and uphold safety and quality on the production floor.

You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes. The role requires 3+ years in electrical assembly, ability to read wiring diagrams, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in electrical assembly or related manufacturing.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Electrical or crane certifications a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights.

Position: Assembly Operator - Electrical Production Technician

Location: West Branch, IA

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available, full-time

Join our client’s growing team as an Electrical Production Technician! In this hands-on role, you will assemble and install electrical components within wind turbine systems, route and secure wiring, perform system tests, and maintain safety and quality standards on the production floor. You’ll work closely with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements.
