Job summary

Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Prefabrication Lead in Pacific, WA to oversee all prefabrication activities, coordinating with project management and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is a licensed commercial electrician with prefab or shop-based experience and strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities include developing the prefab catalog, creating BOMs, scheduling production, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and quality across all assemblies.

Qualifications

• Licensed commercial electrician with prefabrication or shop-based electrical assembly experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the prefab catalog.
• Coordinate prefab requests with project management and engineering teams.
• Create bills of material (BOMs) and build sheets for prefab assemblies.
• Schedule and prioritize prefab production for various projects.
• Supervise prefab staff and ensure quality control standards.
• Track prefab labor hours, output, and job savings.
• Ensure prefab assemblies are properly labeled and staged for delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized prefab workstations and equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
