Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in engineering or physics is required.
  • Experience with high-voltage systems and powertrains desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to own hardware from design through validation.
  • Experience with software automation (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the architecture and design of powertrain test systems with high-voltage components.
  • Own end-to-end electrical and mechanical design of test enclosures and HV harnesses.
  • Interpret interfaces and schematics to resolve integration challenges with SMEs support.
  • Lead evaluation and testing of powertrain components and manage supply chain for hardware readiness.
  • Integrate and commission high voltage testbeds, configure simulations, develop test automation, ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate across power electronics, software, and thermal teams to meet safety and certification standards.
