TheElectrical Power Engineerwill play a key role on Fervo’s Power Delivery Team, supporting the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical power systems across geothermal development projects. This role will contribute to a wide variety of power delivery initiatives, including transmission systems, distribution networks, substations, interconnections, and renewable energy integration. Working closely with internal engineering teams, consultants, vendors, and construction partners, the Electrical Power Engineer will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.
This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to the development of innovative energy infrastructure. The Electrical Power Engineer will report to the Lead Electrical Power Engineer.

Fervo Energy is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location. Expected Salary: $139,000 – $200,000 based on location and experience.
