Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers seeks an Electrical Power Design and Analysis Engineer (Associate, Experienced, or Lead) for the Electrical Engineering Core Group in Oklahoma City, OK. You will perform analyses to ensure safe electrical power loading across air and space platforms and guide design modifications.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field.
2+ years’ related work experience.
Experience with power measurement instrumentation (power supplies, meters, analyzers).
Familiar with MIL-E-7016 and Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA).
Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, test, and verify Electrical Power requirements with teammates, customers, and system architects through development and sustainment of Boeing systems.
Review supplier and partner qualification data to ensure compliance to electrical power requirements.
Perform Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) on platforms per MIL-E-7016.
Lead and coordinate work to translate requirements into architecture, hardware and software designs.
Support project management by tracking status, generating bids, and scheduling.
