Responsibilities

• Measure, drill, tap, and cut enclosures and back panels for component installation.
• Inspect finished panels for wiring accuracy and component placement.
• Apply wire markers, component tags, and terminal labels.
• Keep the work area organized and follow site safety and PPE requirements.

We are recruiting an Electrical Panel Assembly Technician for a full-time manufacturing opportunity. You will build and wire electrical control panels from schematics and blueprints, then inspect your work for accuracy and quality. This position suits someone with hands‑on assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and careful attention to safety.

What you will do

• Lay out and mount switches, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, PLCs, and terminal blocks in panels and enclosures.
• Route, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires according to electrical schematics and point‑to‑point wiring diagrams.
• Measure, drill, tap, and cut enclosures and back panels for component installation.
• Inspect finished panels for wiring accuracy, component placement, and structural integrity before testing.
• Apply wire markers, component tags, and terminal labels according to engineering documentation.
• Keep the work area organized and follow site safety and personal protective equipment requirements.

What we are looking for

• One to three years of electrical panel building, electromechanical assembly, or related electrical trade experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials.
• Experience using wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, drills, taps, and similar tools.
• Attention to wire routing, color coding, and component placement.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, safely lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks requiring fine motor skills.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training in electricity or electronics is a plus.
