Job summary

Flow Control Group seeks a hands-on Panel Assembly Technician at our Houston facility. You will drill, tap, cut, and wire panels, label components, and perform final detailing and testing to meet our quality standards.

You will maintain BOMs, assist with shipping, and keep a clean workspace while collaborating with teammates to hit production targets. Prior technician experience is preferred; ability to lift up to 75 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to Detail in panel layout, wiring, and detailing.
• Time Management to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Under Pressure to meet deadlines with quality.
• Multi-tasking to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player and collaborative mindset.
• Experience as a technician or similar role preferred.
• Standing for long periods and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire panels per diagrams and specs.
• Wiring: layout, mount, and wire components per diagrams.
• Label panels and perform quality checks before shipment.
• Maintain and update BOMs for panels as needed.
• Assist with packaging and shipping panels.
• Maintain clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
