Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical assembly, panel building, electrical manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels and electrical assemblies from layout through completion.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Install and terminate electrical components including PLCs, relays, drives, power supplies, and control devices.
• Perform quality inspections and electrical testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues and make corrections as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
