You will wire, fasten, mount, solder, crimp, cut, and finish assemblies, collaborating with teammates to meet production, quality, and safety standards. Training is provided; prior manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus and may help qualify for compensation at the upper end of the posted range.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry materials as required by the position.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and accountability in previous employment, education, military service, or other commitments.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining ownership of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble components and finished products per drawings and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to complete tasks.
  • Perform wiring, fastening, mounting, soldering, crimping, cutting, gluing, sanding, and painting as needed.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and leadership to satisfy production requirements while ensuring quality and safety.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and apply learned procedures to assembly work.
