Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Detailer to develop electrical models and drawings within BIM environments, ensuring constructability and accuracy. You will collaborate with engineers, project teams, and field personnel to prepare detailed, code-compliant electrical designs and support prefabrication planning.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in electrical design or related field and 2+ years of experience in electrical detailing or modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develops and modifies electrical models, drawings, and schematics using Revit, AutoCAD, Evolve and Navisworks.
• Coordinates with engineers, project teams, and field personnel to produce constructible and code-compliant designs.
• Identifies and assists in resolving model clashes through BIM coordination processes.
• Applies project specifications, industry standards, and local codes to modeling work.
• Supports material take-offs and prefabrication planning activities.
• Maintains version control and documentation of design revisions.
