Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Inspector to support large electrical equipment installations in a factory environment. You will ensure installations meet NEC/NEMA/IEEE codes and quality standards, while identifying and resolving issues during assembly and installation.

Responsibilities include inspecting switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and bus systems; reading schematics; verifying torque, cable routing, grounding, and bonding; and documenting results and NCRs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electrical inspection or installation in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and power equipment.
• Familiarity with NEC, NEMA, IEEE codes.
• Experience with torque requirements and bolted connections.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with NCRs.
• Strong attention to detail.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to support the installation and integration of large electrical equipment and systems within a factory/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of electrical codes, torque requirements, and installation best practices, along with a solid foundation in manufacturing quality systems. This role is responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations meet applicable codes, specifications, and quality standards, while proactively identifying and resolving issues during assembly and installation operations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
