Job summary

onsemi in Hudson, NH is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the Fabrication Department. Under minimal supervision, you will maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal capacity and uptime to meet production needs.

This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, PM documentation in iTV, equipment testing and tuning, spare parts planning, and interfacing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 5 years general equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Reads and interprets blueprints and technical manuals.
Experience with CMMS and data records.
Ability to analyze problems and perform repairs.
Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial fabrication equipment daily.
Document PMs and maintain history in iTV.
Coordinate with vendors to expedite repairs.
Maintain and improve the Preventative Maintenance Program for fabrication equipment.
Test, tune, and adjust equipment for optimum performance.
Respond to unplanned urgent maintenance to minimize downtime.
Operate and troubleshoot electrical and control systems in machinery.
Use CMMS to manage tasks and records.
