• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• 5+ years in electrical engineering with at least 2 years in leadership.

• Familiarity with JIRA, SmarTeam/Teamcenter is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Electrical Schematics and Installation teams.
• Manage work packages with capacity planning and task allocation.
• Prepare installation drawings, schematics and production documentation.
• Work in PLM systems (SmarTeam, Teamcenter) and streamline workflows.
• Lead technical releases of articles, 3D models, drawings, and associated documentation.
• Ensure electrical activities meet company standards, safety regulations, and customer specs.
