  • Must be able to communicate effectively with factory supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Build or assemble non-electrified and electrified components by following the specified directions from the job paperwork.
  • Required to test and initial electrified components for function.
  • Submit requests for replacement tooling or supplies.
  • Debug and trouble shoot electrical problems.
  • Complete inventory cycle counts as needed.
  • Ensure all documents are filled out completely.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Work Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Job Description: The Electrical Mechanical Assembler is responsible for the assembly of control panels. Assembler utilizes stock electrical and mechanical components to build custom panels per job instructions. Works with little or no supervision. Interaction with Technicians or Engineering Department may be required depending on complexity of the design.

Work Environment: ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Able to stand (75%); walk (20%); stoop, kneel or crouch (5%), as required. Able to climb portable ladders Able to wear safety glasses and foot protection throughout shift. Able to wear hearing protectors (ear plugs) throughout the shift while working in an environment with moderate noise levels.
