Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to process incoming and outgoing commercial electrical and general construction materials. The role requires handling heavy objects up to 50 lbs and operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a busy warehouse.

Two years of construction or electrical wholesale experience, drug test and background check, and strong English communication are expected. Schedule is Tue-Sat, 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a construction environment or with an electrical wholesale supplier.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and motor vehicle background check.
• English literacy required for written communication via mobile devices, email, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute construction materials, tools, equipment, and products
• Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Perform physical labor to load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using appropriate equipment
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Perform inventory counts and replenish stock as needed
• Deliver or retrieve materials using company vehicles as required
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and department guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support departmental operations

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) is a leading provider of skilled trade services throughout California, headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Our Operations team is seeking a Material Handler to process incoming and outgoing commercial electrical and general construction materials.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in the commercial electrical wholesale supply chain or hands-on commercial construction installation experience, along with knowledge of a variety of commercial electrical materials.

Schedule

• Tuesday to Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute construction materials, tools, equipment, and products
