Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support planning and execution of maintenance activities on site. You will analyze electrical system issues, perform repairs, and prepare machines for production by executing ramp up and start procedures.

The role involves assisting installation projects and ensuring documentation compliance. Strong safety focus and the ability to read blueprints are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED plus relevant work experience.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects.
• English communication skills in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning maintenance schedules and execute maintenance assignments.
• Analyze technical issues, complete repairs and work orders with reference to electrical systems.
• Execute ramp up, setup and start procedures to prepare machines for operations.
• Contribute to installation projects on site, and support Industrial Engineers.
• Support compliance of technical documentation for processes and equipment.
• Follow safety and production rules and use PPE at all times.
