Job summary
Minerals Technologies is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Adams, MA. The role requires Massachusetts Journeyman Electrical License, strong electrical/instrumentation skills, and the ability to lead maintenance activities on a production facility.
You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and participate in safety programs. Training may occur across shifts, with eventual assignment to 2nd or 3rd shift. Competitive benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Journeyman Electrical License required.
- Experience with electrical/instrumentation equipment and building systems.
- Able to read manuals, drawings, and schematics to perform required maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Read manuals, drawings and schematics to perform maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plant equipment and systems.
- Lead major repair projects with the maintenance team.
- Provide preventive maintenance and spare parts planning.
- Train others in job duties and safety practices.
- Assign shifts and cover for supervisor as needed.
