MacLean-Fogg is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Saegertown, PA manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and industrial control systems while collaborating with engineers to solve technical challenges.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, installation and upgrade of control systems, and ensuring safety and quality standards in a hands-on, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Solid working knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment problems, and complete skilled repairs to maintain equipment functionality and reliability.
• Install, repair, and upgrade industrial control systems and electrical equipment to support manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical assistance with moderately complex electrical and engineering issues throughout all phases of construction.
• Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes using hand tools, measuring instruments, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve equipment issues, electrical challenges, and developmental problems.
• Analyze test information to troubleshoot electrical systems, investigate design-related issues, and determine appropriate solutions.
• Create and modify technical diagrams and prepare engineering specifications for experimental electronic systems.
• Assist in the design, evaluation, and repair of electrical equipment, maintain accurate technical documentation, and follow established safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
