Responsibilities

• Assemble and install new wiring, conduits, and equipment.

PositionSummary

TheMaintenance Technicianperformspreventive maintenance on machinery, interpretsschematics, and ensuresall systems comply with safety codes and local regulations. It is a highly hands-on role requiring strong problem-solving and diagnosticskillsthatsupportcompany goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mechanical/Electricalrepair of equipmentandmachines.


• Repair or replace defective electrical components, wiring, and hardware


• Diagnose electrical malfunctions, short circuits, and faulty wiring using diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes


• Assemble and install new electrical wiring, conduits, and equipment


• Must have the ability to read electrical schematics and prints


• Conduct routine inspections on generators, motors, circuit breakers, and control panels to prevent future equipment failures


• Keep accurate logs of routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs


• Basic math skills andproblem-solvingmentality


• Required to drive forklift

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• 10yrs +Maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment


• Experience with Welding

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
