Job summary

ATI is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Brackenridge, PA. The role supports continuous production by maintaining a wide range of electrical and electronic systems, including motors, PLCs, and power distribution.

The technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, learn ATI processes, and work across departments with a focus on safety and efficiency. Overtime and additional shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with motors, controls, PLCs, hydraulics/pneumatics, and electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety practices and rules to ensure equipment is operating safely.
• Perform preventative, predictive and emergency electrical maintenance on a variety of systems.
• Implement process improvements and methods to increase effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Use standard and specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to assess and troubleshoot issues.
• Interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals and follow written instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of projects including installation and start-up.
• Participate in daily meetings and prioritize the daily work schedule.
• Operate trucks, man lifts, cranes, and other equipment as needed.

Job description

We are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania.

Our Electrical Maintenance Technicians are part of a highly skilled team that is critical to ensuring equipment and systems are fully operational for continuous production and to consistently meet production goals.

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, PLCs, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, pumps, cranes, mobile equipment, etc.

In order to become successful, you'll have to quickly learn ATI, our manufacturing equipment/systems, and our maintenance program. A successful Electrical Maintenance Technician is a problem-solver and is strong with troubleshooting and determining corrective action, installing, repairing and maintaining a wide variety of electrical and electronic systems.

• Participate in daily meetings, prioritizing and reviewing the daily schedule of work
• Operate trucks, man lifts, cranes, etc.

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be required to work in a variety of plant areas/departments, environmental conditions (hot, cold, dirty, etc.), and perform work at various heights and within some confined spaces. Based on the need, overtime may be available including other shifts and weekends. As part of pre-employment, an electrical maintenance skills assessment will be conducted.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least three years of experience performing electrical system and machine maintenance in a manufacturing and industrial environment

• Strong communication skill with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, highly organized and able to multi-task
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
