Job summary

Saica US is launching a state-of-the-art greenfield facility in Anderson, IN and seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems on manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliable operation in a fast-paced plant environment.

3–5 years in corrugated packaging or related manufacturing, PLC programming skills, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated packaging industry preferred (3–5 years).
• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with automotive manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to contribute to a people-first, safety-focused workplace culture.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
