Job summary

Lyons Salt Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead safety and compliance, supervise a team of electricians, mechanics and technicians, and drive reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems. The role includes planning projects and ensuring timely, high-quality maintenance activities to support mine and production operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive industrial maintenance experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of MSHA/OSHA safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure MSHA compliance.
• Supervise electricians, mechanics, maintenance technicians, and contractors.
• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Coordinate daily and long-term maintenance activities and projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
