Job summary

City Brewery in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is looking for an Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of electricians in a 24/7 high-speed manufacturing environment. You will oversee maintenance and ensure safe operations while implementing preventive measures and training opportunities.

The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with a background in manufacturing. Knowledge of electrical codes and tools like Allen Bradley CLX is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or journey worker status preferred; will consider relevant work experience.
• Minimum education of a high school diploma is required.
• 3-5 years’ manufacturing experience, preferably in food and beverage production.
• Prior experience leading and coaching a large team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and supervise work of industrial electricians.
• Review work planning and weekly scheduling with departments.
• Maintain records of scheduled and unscheduled work.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Support 24/7 operations as needed.
