Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Bozeman, MT to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their shopping experience.

You will interact with customers, locate merchandise, assist with checkout, and ensure customer needs are met while supporting store standards. Teamwork and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and addressing empty spaces.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut pipes, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
