Qualifications

• Industry experience within Electrical Installation or a related electrical discipline.
• Strong practical and technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and training across electrical programmes to full-time and part-time learners.
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, practical workshops, and demonstrations.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and progression.
• Act as a course tutor, monitoring learner progress, attendance, and performance.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to learners and promote positive student behaviour.
• Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring programmes remain current and aligned to industry requirements.
• Participate in student recruitment activities, including open days, careers events, and employer engagement initiatives.
• Support internal verification, quality assurance, and inspection readiness activities.
• Maintain workshops, equipment, and learning resources to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
• Promote and adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, equality, , and policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to enhance the learner experience.
