Job summary

Thomas Young Group in San Francisco is actively seeking an Electrical Leader to drive the electrical design for the built environment on complex, high-profile projects. You will act as Engineer of Record (or provide support) on major developments and oversee multi-discipline coordination to ensure delivery.

You will mentor a growing team of engineers and designers, advance sustainability and decarbonization strategies, and build strong client relationships while supporting business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering is required.
• California PE licensure is required.
• 12+ years of electrical engineering leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships and opportunities.
• Strategic thinker with market insight for the Western U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design on complex, high-profile building projects.

What we're looking for:

Licensed PE in California

Track record of building lasting client relationships and growing business opportunities

Strategic thinker with insight into the Western U.S. market

Passionate about sustainability and high-performance design

Involvement in industry organizations is a plus
