Qualifications

- Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
- 12+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership experience.
- Proven track record building client relationships and growing opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with Western U.S. market insight.
- Passion for sustainability and high-performance design.
- Active involvement in industry organizations is a plus.
