ADP, Inc. seeks an Electrical Lead / Supervisor in Elko, NV.

The role leads on-site electricians, oversees installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems for mining and water treatment projects, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrician certification and at least 5 years industrial electrical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualificações

• Valid Journeyman Electrician certification/license required, or eligibility for reciprocity with the State of Alaska.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical work, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, mining safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of instrumentation equipment.
• Proven experience in managing personnel, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a working supervisor, directly participating in the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while overseeing the daily activities of site electricians.
• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring all electrical work meets quality standards, safety procedures, and project specifications.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor team progress, and evaluate performance of electrical crew members.
• Install, inspect, test, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in compliance with mining regulations and safety standards, as needed.
• Lead regular safety meetings and ensure completion of required safety documentation (e.g., FLRAs, inspections, permits).
• Review and submit accurate daily and weekly time entries for assigned personnel in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to maintain optimal function and minimize unplanned outages.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide hands‑on support and direction for resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, industry codes, and regulatory requirements; proactively address and correct unsafe practices.
• Coordinate closely with other departments and subcontractors to align electrical activities with broader project timelines and goals.
• Maintain organized records, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Provide regular updates to project management on progress and personnel matters, and recommend improvements or corrective actions when necessary.
