Stansell Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a capable Skilled Laborer to join our Nashville-area team. You will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on diverse construction projects under supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong work ethic, people skills, and familiarity with basic hand and power tools. The role demands physical fitness, 40+ hours per week and safety compliance. We offer competitive pay and a drug-free workplace.

Mansioni

Perform material handling, jobsite housekeeping, tool and equipment maintenance.
Dig trenches and excavations with hand tools and power equipment.
Assist in underground conduit installation.
Assist in mounting, securing, and installing electrical raceways, fixtures, and systems.
Assist in wire pulling procedures.
Assemble pre-fabricated systems under supervision.
Perform tasks in a timely manner following directions.
Model professional behavior per Core Values and safety guidelines.
Perform other project-related duties as instructed.
