Job summary

Cinterra in the United States is seeking an experienced Electrical Journeyman to plan, lay out, install, test and repair wiring and control systems across industrial settings and solar projects.

You will read plans, follow NEC codes, work with high and low voltage systems, and mentor helpers on site. This safety-sensitive role requires 4+ years of field experience and relevant licenses, with hands-on skills and a strong commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an industrial electrician.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC requirements.
• Licenses or certifications for the jurisdiction when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay out, install, test and repair wiring, fixtures, motors and control systems.
• Use hand and power tools to install conduits, wire and terminations per plans.
• Follow safety procedures, participate in safety programs and report hazards.
• Read and interpret plans, one-line diagrams, ladder diagrams and P&ID’s.
• Coordinate with other trades and mentor helpers on the job.
