Job summary

Erling is a family-owned company delivering service solutions for retail facilities, expanding fuel systems expertise across Texas. The Journeyman will lead on-site teams, install EV and commercial equipment, and ensure safety and quality during projects.

Daily work includes installing, repairing, and servicing electrical systems at fuel stations and car washes, testing and troubleshooting, and training Electrical Apprentices. Expect a hands-on role in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Electrical license or certification.
• NEC knowledge is a plus; valid driver's license required.
• 2–5 years as a Journeyman.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with power tools and electrical equipment.
• Strong safety record.
