Job summary

Kelvion seeks an Electrical Journeyman in Catoosa, OK to maintain and repair production equipment, cranes, and electrical systems in our industrial plant. You will perform inspections, install parts, troubleshoot electrical controls, and coordinate with supervisors to keep operations safe and productive.

The role requires handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, on-site work, and effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Master electrical certification preferred with 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain overhead bridge cranes, jib cranes, and other machinery; diagnose and repair as needed.
• Observe equipment, identify causes of trouble, and take corrective action.
• Perform monthly inspections and coordinate with department managers.
• Inspect parts, repair/replace defective components, and install parts.
• Lubricate, test, and verify performance of equipment.
• Operate overhead/jib cranes, forklifts, and man lifts safely.
• Dismantle defective machines and install repaired parts.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems and wiring.
• Layout and maintain pipe systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Weld/cut metal parts and fabricate as needed.
• Attend on-site; punctual, cooperative, and able to work overtime.
