Job summary

Amteck is expanding its project team in Chester, VA. This role offers long-term opportunities, benefits and a 401K, with potential movement to new projects after completion.

We seek electricians with 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, capable of conduit installation, blueprint reading, panel and switchboard work, and troubleshooting. OSHA10 is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required.
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment.
• OSHA10 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work on Chester, VA project sites.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams.
• Install and terminate panels, switchboards and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty circuits and systems.
• Learn and diversify electrical skills across Amteck projects.
