The position emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and mentoring apprentices.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of electrical experience in commercial, multi-family, or residential construction, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting, and electrical devices.
• Test electrical systems and diagnose issues with diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes; follow safety policies.
