Sciens Building Solutions seeks an experienced Electrical Journeyman to join our team. The role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across commercial and industrial environments, following NEC guidelines.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of journeyman experience, Florida codes knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. A valid driver’s license, background check, and reliable, safety-focused work ethic are required.

• Two to five years of experience as an Electrical Journeyman.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70/72/101 and Florida building code.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installations, maintenance and repairs of electrical systems per NEC.
• Install conduits and use benders for commercial & industrial power systems.
• Install switchgear, transformers, and panelboards.
• Install interior and exterior lighting and standby power systems (generators, UPS).
• Follow blueprints, diagrams and technical drawings for installations.
• Troubleshoot, repair and install electrical systems ensuring safety compliance.
• Adhere to safety equipment usage and safety regulations.

SciensBuilding Solutionsis seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly-skilledElectrical Journeyman to join our growing team ofprofessionals.The ideal candidatewill demonstrate expert knowledge of electrical systems and outstanding problem-solving skills, performingall necessary installations, maintenance, and repairs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)

• Experiencedin the following:
• Commercial & industrial 3-phase electrical power systems.
• Installation of all types of conduit.
• Use of electric and hydraulic benders.
• Installation of switchgear, transformers, and panelboards.
• Installation of interior and exterior lighting.
• Installation of standby power systems (generators, UPS).
• Knowledge of fire alarm, voice/data, and security system installation.
• Follow specifications on blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings for installations.
• Conduct alltroubleshooting,repairs and installationsin accordance with the National Electric Code.
• Utilize all safety equipment and follow all safety regulations and guidelines.

WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU

• Two to five years of experience as an Electrical Journeyman.
• At least five(5)years of electrical fieldexperience.
• Knowledge of current code NFPA 70, 72, 101 and Florida building code.
• Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects.
• Customer-focused, skilled in project and people management.
• Ability to manage job scheduling and job progress in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with a strong focus on quality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams and follow specifications.
• Able to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Good computer skills; proficient at Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
