Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium seeks an Electrical/IT Inspector to support LAWA’s Capital Improvement Program. The role requires ICC Commercial Electrical Inspector certification and NFPA 70E/Cal-OSHA training within stated windows, plus SIDA badge prior to start.

Tasks include daily inspections of electrical/IT systems, document control, and coordination with contractors to meet project schedules, with day, swing, or night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years electrical/IT inspection experience on building construction.
Current ICC Certification as Commercial Electrical Inspector.
Proof of NFPA 70E training within the last 3 years.
Proof of Cal-OSHA 30 hr. training within the last 4 years.
LAWA SIDA badge prior to start.
Shift flexibility including days, swings, and nights.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections of electrical and IT systems on construction projects.
Prepare comprehensive daily inspection reports documenting all details.
Verify contractor compliance with NEC, NFPA 70, 70E, 72 and LAWA standards.
Track time-and-materials, field changes, and job quantities.
Assist in validating progress payment requests based on schedule of values.
Support inspections and testing, coordinating with engineers and contractors.
