Job summary

Benchmark Group's Engineering team in Dallas, Texas is looking for a summer Electrical Intern to support basic design work and the development of construction documents for multiple project types.

The intern will train under supervision on electrical components such as lighting and power, with a preferred but not required knowledge of REVIT. This temporary role may include minimal travel and could lead to future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have completed two years of post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• The Electrical Intern trains under direct supervision to perform basic technical design activities required to design and develop Electrical components (like lighting and power) for multiple types of projects.
• A basic understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our various project types is preferred, but in house training is provided.
