Powerserve Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician to support industrial electrical construction and instrumentation work in the Naples, Florida area.

You will install, wire, and troubleshoot power, control, and instrumentation systems for water/wastewater facilities and industrial plants. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, is safety-focused, and can work independently or with a team while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as an Electrical, E&I, Instrumentation, or Industrial Electrical Technician.
• Experience in industrial construction, manufacturing, utilities, power generation, or water/wastewater facilities.
• Ability to install and terminate electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Experience reading electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Familiarity with motors, MCCs, VFDs, control panels, and field instrumentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician to support industrial electrical construction and instrumentation work on projects in the Naples, Florida area. This position is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background who also has experience installing, wiring, and troubleshooting instrumentation systems used in industrial or water/wastewater facilities.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing instrument calibrations and loop checks.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems and SCADA environments.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• NFPA 70E training.
• Electrical apprenticeship or technical school education.
