Strada Services, a leading home services company in the Southeast, is hiring a Residential Electrician – New Construction to install electrical systems in new developments in Florida. You will read blueprints, install wiring, and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of residential new construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Preferred: Electrician’s license and completion of a formal apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems in new residential developments according to NEC and local codes.
• Install wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, and fixtures.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect and test systems for safety and accuracy.
• Replace wiring, conduit, or breakers as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

Residential Electrician – New Construction, you’ll be responsible for installing electrical systems in new residential developments according to NEC and local codes. Your duties will include:

• Installing and repairing wiring, electrical systems, and fixtures
• Connecting systems to power lines
• Installing conduits, circuit breakers, and other components
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspecting and testing systems for safety and accuracy
• Replacing wiring, conduit, or breakers as needed
• Performing other related duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to see color-coded wiring
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, and in tight spaces
