Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical installation crews and field teams.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schedules.
• Proven track record in heavy power distribution installations in industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically with possible increases.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA codes and electrical safety practices.
• Experience coordinating with mechanical teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical installation crews across North American facilities.
• Oversee conduit and raceway installation from MDPs to sub-panels and equipment.
• Direct heavy wire pulling and 480V 3-phase feeders.
• Coordinate control panel placement and grounding installations.
• Ensure compliance with NEC/NFPA and project standards.
• Maintain field documentation and turnover packages.
