Frank Gay Services is seeking an Electrical Install Technician to perform residential electrical installations, troubleshoot systems, and educate customers on their needs. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliable field work with a company that trains and supports career growth.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of residential experience, knowledge of codes, and the ability to manage inventory and vehicle upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of residential electrical installation experience.
• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser install.
• Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems, and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Identify & communicate electrical issues with customers.
• Educate customers on their electrical systems, functions, and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked truck inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• Set up electrical service or installation calls when needed.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $125,000+/yr
