Position summary: Applies standard inspection procedures to ongoing activities during and after construction for structural quality, general safety and conformance to plans, specifications and codes.

Compensation for this position is $95,000.00 - $130,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Work is performed in the field. Ability to extensively perform bending, kneeling, standing, shoveling, and lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs as needed. Work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Current project is located in Washington, DC.
Must be able to work nights as required.
