HSE Contractors is seeking skilled Electrical Inspector Engineers in New York for flexible staffing needs. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and freelance/contract roles to support ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will perform field inspections, ensure code compliance, and maintain high-quality standards across all electrical installations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and materials.
  • Verify compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and New York local codes.
  • Inspect conduits, wiring systems, panels, switchgear, lighting, grounding, and distribution systems.
  • Review contractor workmanship and identify deficiencies.
  • Validate electrical test results (megger, continuity, grounding, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, inspection reports, and punch lists.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
  • Support commissioning and energization activities.
