Job summary

Panthalassa is seeking an Electrical Infrastructure Engineer in Portland, Oregon, to define and evolve electrical infrastructure across their facilities. The ideal candidate will develop hybrid approaches for MW-scale power, diagnose system risks, and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive compensation ranging from $160,000 to $210,000 annually, alongside equity in the company, flexible paid time off, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or R&D environments.
• Experience with medium-voltage systems and large power upgrades.
• Ability to develop and interpret electrical drawings and system models.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose power quality issues and system risks.
• Lead early-stage electrical design and planning reviews.
