Job summary

Owen Electric is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical operations for new manufacturing construction projects. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.

The candidate will supervise on-site electrical activities, manage crews and subcontractors, read and interpret blueprints, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations while coordinating with project managers and stakeholders for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in industrial/manufacturing construction.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proven experience managing electrical teams and subcontractors on large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and other safety credentials are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities
