Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general assembly work or specialized training.
• Rough Wiring experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule commitment and prompt arrival for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hooking up electrical inside unit.
• Ensure manufacturing, quality, and safety requirements are met.
• Assemble components accurately and thoroughly.
• Read blueprints and verify parts required prior to assembly.
• Participate in LEAN and continuous improvement activities.
